The book is a collection of clinical decals held in the faculty therapeutic clinic named after recent years. Each of the 33 chapters consists of a detailed description of the clinical case, the presentation of a modern theoretical material, which was attracted by doctors during the diagnosis process, determining the tactics and evaluation of the results of treatment, as well as from comments (often abandoned) employees of the clinic and invited specialists (nephrologists, hematologists, cardiac surgeons , genetics, etc).
Clinical dissembly reflect all the traditional directions of the clinic (pulmonology, cardiology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, partly hematology) At the same time, they are united by the unity of the approach to the patient, who, in G. Zaharian, implies "achieving the connection of all the phenomena of this painful building". It seemed important to keep all the nuances of diagnostic search. Many of the cases presented in the book are unique, but also with relatively non-essential diseases, individualization of patient features makes the analysis of interesting and instructive. The singularities of the analysis in general were the noticeable predominance of infectious, immune and genetic pathology and the widespread use of a lifetime morphological diagnosis
