Clinical and biological aspects of autistic spectrum disorder

The collective monograph presents the current state of the problem of the autistic spectrum disorders as one of the most complex and discusional in domestic and foreign psychiatry. The disorders of the autistic spectrum are considered in multidisciplinary and clinical and biological aspects. Descriptions of the clinical picture of various types of autistic disorders are given, a new look at their pathogenesis is presented.
Selected clinical, pathopsychological, neurophysiological and immunological markers make it possible to carry out differential diagnostics in a timely manner, to confirm the validity of the prescription of psychopharmacotherapy at certain stages of the disease, clarify the forecast.
