Clinical anatomy of the face in relation to contour plastic surgery with the use of fillers and botulinum toxin

The emergence of this book is caused by the rapid development of aesthetic medicine and the associated need for knowledge of clinical anatomy of the face and neck. However, it is unusual in that it is devoted not only to the contouring plastic of the face and neck, but also to the features of clinical anatomy (some differences in the location of the modiolus, the course of the arteries, the place of attachment of facial muscles) among representatives of the Mongoloid race and Koreans in particular. The authors have a lot of work on the study of anatomy of a person, the results of which can be used in other areas of knowledge, such as anthropology.
The book can conditionally be divided into two parts: the first discusses contour plastic with botulinum toxin injections, in the second - phillers injections. Last -layer anatomy of the face is described in great detail, up to differences in the thickness of the skin of different anatomical areas, projection points and zones of the innervation of the face of the face, anatomy of arteries and veins of the face, vascular anastomoses, which are of important clinical significance. The methodology of the blockade of all the nerves considered is given. The description of the correction of each defect is given along with its clinical features and possible complications. To the discrepancies of some concepts that are still available in aesthetic medicine and are inevitable, as in any new clinical discipline, editorial explanations are given.
