This work is intended for neurologists, neurosurgeons, vertebrologists, radiation diagnostics, as well as anatomists and topographers and includes the characteristics of the clinical anatomy of the arteriovenous complex, the vertebral artery/Atlanto-Octic sinus. On the moist drugs of the atlanto-Xipital region, a study of the structure, anatomical variability and morphometric characteristics of the third segment of the vertebral artery and its venous sinus surrounding. The methodology of simultaneous separate visualization of the complex is developed the vertebral artery/Atlanto-octal sinus in computed tomography. The given data can be useful for scientists, graduate students and doctoral students whose research work is connected, with the study of hemodynamics in the vessels of the head and neck.
