Civil Process. Workshop

This workshop has already a few generations of lawyers for successful study of the base course - the "Civil Process".
The 4th publication of the workshop was significantly updated, recycled taking into account the latest legislation and judicial practice, supplemented with new materials.
Workshop compiled by key themes of the Civil Process course. Each workshop topic includes: Questions on the topic, a list of regulatory acts and judicial practice, special literature for training, tasks for solving, control issues and tasks to test knowledge. In Annexes are given: the training course program "Civil Procedure Law (Civil Procedure)", a list of the Decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recommended for studying the Civil Procedure, the recommended topics of exchange and thesis, an approximate list of issues to prepare for the exam in the course "Civil Procedure right (civil process) ".
