The collection of scientific papers Liber Amicorum brings together articles by leading Russian legal scholars, prepared in honor of one of the prominent proceduralists of modern Russia, Dr. Irina Valentinovna Reshetnikova, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation.
