The monograph is investigated both the concept, essence and legal nature of legal relations on the provision of medical services, and the broadest range of civil liability issues for the harm caused to the life and health of patients.
Theoretical provisions considered by the author are illustrated by numerous examples from judicial practice in civil matters in the field of medical activity.
