The monograph is dedicated to the study of a civil legal relationship as a socio-psychological phenomenon. The book presented to readers is essentially the first application of the psychological school of law to civil legal relationships in new socio-economic and geopolitical conditions. The methodological basis of the legal research was the concept of the psychological school of law by L.I. Petrazhitsky, as it is based on a Kantian understanding of freedom inherent in law.
