The monograph is dedicated to the study of a civil legal relationship as a socio-psychological phenomenon. The book presented to readers is essentially the first application of the psychological school of law to civil legal relationships in new socio-economic and geopolitical conditions. The methodological basis of the legal research was the concept of the psychological school of law by L.I. Petrazhitsky, as it is based on a Kantian understanding of freedom inherent in law. The work examines the structure and content of civil legal relationships. Special attention is given to the study of the essence and content of individual types of civil legal relationships as socio-psychological phenomena, as well as the reasons for their emergence.
