This textbook was prepared on the basis of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, other regulatory legal acts governing civil law relations, taking into account theoretical views on civil law and judicial practice of resolving problematic issues.
The textbook highlights the issues of general provisions of Russian civil law, property law and general doctrine of obligations and certain types of obligations, issues of inheritance law, as well as the legal protection of intellectual property.
The content and structure of the textbook correspond to the programs of teaching civil law in higher legal educational institutions, taking into account the latest changes in Russian legislation.
The legislation is given as of March 2018.
