A distinctive feature of this translation of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation is that it was performed by the authors who directly participated in the work on the preparation of the draft Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the concept of the development of civil legislation of the Russian Federation in the research center of private law, one of which acted as a foreign consultant , and the other was a member of the working groups for the preparation and improvement of section VI of the third Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
