This publication is the first full edition of the parallel Russian and English texts of all four parts of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and is issued in 4 books.
A distinctive feature of this translation of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation is that it was carried out by the authors who were directly involved in the preparation of the draft Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the concept of the development of civil law of the Russian Federation in the Private Law Research Center, one of which acted as a foreign consultant. And the other was a member of the working groups on the preparation and improvement of the VI part of the third Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
In the book 4 included parallel Russian and English texts of the part of the fourth Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Federal Law on the introduction of it and the Russian-English substantive indicator to the entire text of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
