"City Almanaci" is an informational and analytical collection on municipal development in Russia. The next issue of Almanac is thematically closely related to the issues of the scientific conference "Russian cities in the twentieth century", dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Foundation "Institute of Economics of the City". Conference materials, in particular, the transcripts of the most interesting performances, amounted to one of the sections of the collection.
The main theme of this issue was the future of Russian cities in the light of future global challenges. The materials presented in the collection affect most of the problems relevant to the current stage of the development of municipal Russia. As in previous issues of Almanac, special attention is paid to monitoring the implementation of municipal reform in the country, studying the reaction of municipalities for fundamental changes in the federal legal field. A number of materials are prepared by regional experts representing various subjects of the Federation and municipalities.
A collection is designed for a wide audience interested in municipal development issues: representatives of the authorities, public and scientific organizations, students, entrepreneurs
