The book contains new clinical guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis, which are compiled according to the principles of evidence-based medicine and are the result of research of Russian experts. When creating these clinical recommendations, the authors were guided by the experience of foreign and domestic scientists, and also took into account the features of epidemiology, pathogenesis and treatment schemes that exist in Russia.
