In the monograph, a cave habitat has been investigated from ancient times and the process of sacralation of underground housing is analyzed, the place of underground shrines is determined in the Christian globility of Eastern Slavs in the circle of first christmas views and ideas. This reservoir of the apocryphaological Christian worldview of the early-conduction Eastern Slavs associated with underground shrines and with the ideas of otherworldly existence, correlated with real ethnographic data and cave monuments. Showing the difference between the South Russian (Ukrainian) worldview from Great Russian (Russian) Analysis of information flows broadcast in time through the complex of traditions during the transfer of grace creates a scientific basis for the consideration of the traditions of the Church from the standpoint of ethnology.
