The book is a comprehensive academic publication, claiming the completeness of both a historical and linguistic paleographic nature. The book contains the translation and research of the annalistic monument to Velesov’s book "Professor Dr. Paleolinguistics Radivo Peshius, who, for the completeness of the presentation of materials, leads his own scientific argument, which follows from the results of his perennial comprehensive archaeological and paleographic studies of the Slavic past. In addition, he was the largest specialist in the study of ancient Pre -Slavic writing. In the book, he leads the undoubted similarity of the Velesovitsa, i.e. Letters of the Velesian book, with Vincan writing, expressing one of the oldest Pre -Slavic languages.
Russian academic science is engaged only in polemic and critical statements about the authenticity of the Veles Book, suspecting the “fake”, therefore there is no acdemic publication of the book in Russian.
Comments and explanations of Professor Radivoy Peshich go far beyond the Veles Book and, thanks to the extensive illumination of the historical heritage of the Slavs, the book was entitled "The main chronicle of the Slavic civilization" according to the preface to the fourth edition
