Upanishads. Practice of realizing the true reality

The bird does not need to be taught to fly. To the one who is already high, there is no need to rise. But to the one who craves to rise high, you must first learn to lean low and nizko. To get rid of arrogance in the root to those who are "weaker", "more unsuccessful", "poorer". We are all in the same boat, and tomorrow we can change places. There are no unworthy love and sympathy. One bright sun shines for each and in each. "Upanishad" means to incline low and sit down. Sit in front of the teacher and freeze, opening his ears and heart, eagerly listening to the words of wisdom, choking on the nectar of immortal knowledge about himself, delighted with trembling from new discoveries. Living wisdom can be recognized only with the help of reason, freed from all traces of attachment and hatred, selfishness and sense of property. When the lake of the heart is cleansed of the viscous layer of mud, "I" shines in all its pristine splendor
