Sun Bu-Er (1119-1182)-one of the ancestors of the Tsuanzhen school. In the Taoist tradition, it is revered as the founder of Taoist methods of improving for women, called "Female Alchemy" (Nyu tribute).
The book provides a complete translation from the ancient Chinese language (Wennyan) of the collection of poetic works "Teachings of the original mistress Sun Bu-er" (Sun Bu-Er Yuan Zyun Tha Yui) It includes the "feminine skill of inner alchemy" (nu guong nay tribute) (7 poems) and "sequence of mastering the skill of female Tao-Puti" (Kun Tao Gun Fu Tsy di) (14 poems) The translation of poems is supplemented by comments on the famous Taoist figure and researcher of Taoism Chen In-Nin (1880-1969) The monograph introduces the reader to ancient Taoist practices of spiritual improvement.
