This collection presents two works that introduce the reader to the work of the outstanding Indian philosopher-Wedant Sri Shankaracharya (788-820): 1) Vera Johnston. "Sri-Shankara-Acharya, Indian sage (1898 reprint), 2) Sri Shankaracharya. "Vivec Chudamani" ("Diamond in the Crown of Differences") (1912 reprint of the edition) This edition provides a brief biography of Sri Shankaracharya, as well as his three works: "Tattva-Bodha", "Atma-Bodha" and the Viveus Miracles. ADVETA -Vedanta is an Indian philosophical doctrine of the identity of the human spirit with the world spirit. According to this teaching, the spirit of man and the Supreme Spirit are one whole, everything that we see in the world are different forms made by the world spirit, and at the same time the impressions of our soul.
