In this cycle of lectures, Rudolf Steiner analyzes the first chapters of the Book of Genesis and establishes a correspondence between the sacred scripture and the views of the occult schools for the creation of the world. The essential moments of the action of the spirits of the time - the eons, yahweh, elohims and other spiritual beings in the process of creating the universe and man are revealed. Aspects of the opposite of light and darkness are touched on. Conclusions are drawn about the consonance of the Bible and the results of clairvoyant studies.
The course of lectures is preceded by an introductory lecture on the analysis of the production of drama-mystery and creating a special spiritual mood, necessary for the appropriate consideration of the deep issues of divine creation.
