The textbook of the ring science, which is published in Russia for the first time in hundreds of years, is given the concepts and ways of comprehending our world from simple particles to the Universe. Ring science is a set of interconnected knowledge, the foundations of which are represented in the Don manuscript of A. S. Pushkin in 1829. The key concepts of ring science are eternal movement and ring changes inherent in any thing: plant, animal, body, field and phenomenon. Ring changes are a movement from one opposite state to another (from summer to winter, from day to night, etc) The opposites play a large role in the ring science. For example, living creatures (animals, fish, birds) are opposite to man, a man is opposite to a woman, and so on. The main way of studying the world in the ring science is the movement from general to particular with the allocation of the necessary phenomenon from the general picture and the application of universal laws of the eternal movement to it, which simplifies the comprehension of truth
