Qi-guun of five animals. True and a fairy tale

The book describes the external form and internal content of the Udansky Qi-Gun of five animals, which is an extremely simple and equally effective system for restoring and maintaining health.
The book is divided into two parts, the first of which is an instruction on how to do this qi-guun, and the second is more like a fairy tale about the games of five animals and answers the question "Why should it do that?". This approach was chosen for the convenience of the reader to make the instructions not too boring, and the fairy tale is not too "fabulous".
This is quite in the line of the eastern tradition, where the process of practical learning is necessarily accompanied by all sorts of instructive-assigning "stories, exactly (albeit very allegorically) explaining the inner essence of practice
