Masonic law

The book "Masonic Law includes two fundamental treatises on jurisprudence - the Fundamentals of Masonic Law (1856) and the Masonic Parliamentary Law (1874), written by the famous American figure in Freemasonry, one of the founders and general secretary of the Maternal Supreme Council of the Ancient and Adopted Scottish Charter, doctor, lawyer, historian, journalist and writer Albert Gallatin Macakey. They are devoted to both the moral foundations of Masonic legislation, and its purely practical procedure, law enforcement and regulation of controversial procedural issues. These works are first published in Russian, equipped with a biographical article on the author and analytical legal commentary
