The publication consists of 2 parts. The first part is divided into nine chapters and is a lecture record, the second part is compiled in the form of answers to questions. The author describes his understanding of the meaning of life, his own views on life, reflects on life wisdom. He believes that all the great sages of the East and West, whether Buddha Shakyamuni or Lao Tzu, at the same time loved and were afraid of life, but they all knew how to enjoy its beauty. The sages were awakened people, with an endless life limit.
The author believes that a person who is able to abandon the false self and come to the true self is a person who really exceeds himself and understands the true meaning of life, in other words, awakened.
