"Creative vision and internal reality" - notes equipped with the translation of the poetic text "Relief of the beginner: essential moments of creation and completion", one of the first literary works of Jamon Congrul Lodreyu Tai, who lived in the 19th century of an enlightened master and wise scientist from Kham, eastern Tibet .
This essay "facilitates the path of a beginner", softly, but methodical, introducing a purposeful practice to the complete volume of ideas and practices of Tibetan Buddhism, to the essential elements of tantrian meditation, which are called the stages of the creation and completion. The “Creation” means the process of reconstruction of the world as a mandala, and oneself as a deity, while preserving the emptiness, or the absence of true existence, both all this and all apparents. The “completion” means the gradual dissolution of everything that was created by visualization, while the mind does not remain in a natural state - the inseparability of bliss and emptiness. Although this text is entitled "essential moments of creation and completion", it can actually be considered as deep instructions about the practice of Mahamudra and Dzogchen. Many issues considered by Congrolle are related to these two systems that reflect the highest meaning of all exercises.
This book also contains "Council of Lhavang Transha", from which the practitioner will draw penetrated by kindness, encouraging and inspiring deep instructions about signs and dangers that may meet in the way.
