The well -known work of Annie Bezant (1847–1933) is a famous writer, president of Theosophical Society, a student and follower of Elena Blavatsky. The book gives a brief overview of the main provisions of world religions as Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Zoroastrianism, Sikhism. The unity, community and identity of these provisions is shown. The thesis is proved, according to which all religions of the world can be considered as private cases of world religion, which is the revelation of universal divine wisdom - the laws of eternal life. The scriptures, rites and traditions of each religion, however, all of them contain their own truths common to all mankind. All religions have one goal - through cleansing of sin and developing the experience of a virtuous life to help a person achieve perfection, happiness and immortality. The book can be useful to a wide circle of readers interested in the religions of the world and esoteric philosophy
