The proposed textbook is intended for everyone who studies socio-political translation and has minimal knowledge in this aspect of the language. The textbook is divided into seven parts, it covers the main aspects of international relations: high-level relations, trade-economic relations, relations in the field of culture, science and education, relations in the military sphere. The basis of the textbook consists of materials taken from contemporary press, therefore it is relevant in terms of vocabulary and realities of socio-political life. The textbook is accompanied by audio recordings, the Chinese text is read by a native speaker. The edition is also equipped with keys to some exercises for students' self-assessment.
