This textbook has been developed in accordance with all the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for General Education, approved by Order of the Ministry of Education No. 286 dated May 31, 2021. The educational materials are aimed at applying knowledge, skills, and abilities in elementary learning situations and real-life conditions, as well as developing foreign language communicative competence at an elementary level of proficiency. Together with other components of the textbook series - the workbook and audio materials - the textbook ensures that students achieve personal, metasubject, and subject-specific learning outcomes in the study of the subject "Chinese Language". The author's methodological concept of this textbook is based on modern linguistic and didactic approaches (communicative, intercultural) to teaching a foreign language, modern methods of teaching Chinese characters, technologies for developing students' speaking skills based on the gradual formation of language skills and speaking abilities. The set of exercises in each lesson of the textbook forms a chain of interconnected exercises that enable students to express their thoughts in Chinese in both oral and written forms. To comply with information security rules, internet searches are conducted by children with the assistance of adults (educators, parents, or legal guardians of minor students). The state borders are as of October 2022. 3rd revised edition.
