The fourth volume of the textbook on ultrasound diagnostics in pediatrics is devoted to children"s gynecology. In many ways, he repeats the materials of a well-known and popular monograph, which came out a few years ago in Vidar publisher. But this book provides completely new statistics on the size of the internal genital organs in girls of various age groups. In another aspect, sharp diseases of the abdomen and a small pelvis with the possibility of certain differential diagnosis are presented. Considering that in our country, the decreed children"s age was shifted under 18, according to the numerous requests of the doctors of children"s medical institutions, a new chapter on ultrasound diagnosis during pregnancy is given. For pediatricians, it is largely a completely new material. We reused a large reservoir of an exemplary material, but in the represented textbook for the first time in large numbers there are unique echograms on congenital pathology, acute diseases, options for the development of internal genital organs.
