The book is devoted to massage and gymnastics for a healthy child, it is detailed in detail features of psychomotor development of children from the first days of life up to three years, in accordance with which age-related exercise complexes are proposed.
It is further given methods of classes with premature children and with children suffering from the most common diseases that require long-term treatment with the obligatory participation of parents.
