The manual was compiled on the basis of current social legislation of the Russian Federation, acting as of January 1, 2015. It will help to understand the legal intricacies of the procedure for providing citizens with children. Pregnancy, birth (adoption, reception) of the child, his upbringing - all these circumstances are recognized as socially significant, in connection with which the right to receive appropriate benefits arises.
