Women and men

Over the past century, a lot has changed in questions about the social status of women and men. And when we decided to publish this book, written 40 years ago, it seemed to us that it was already in many ways outdated. After all, during this time there have been a lot of changes, and most of them are for the better! But, nevertheless, women all over the world, even in very civilized countries, are still not only devoid of privileges allotted to men, but also undergo discrimination. There is still a lot to do in order to achieve a real equality of sexes. The best way to this equality is education: no one can doubt that we, women and men, are equal from birth, and we have the same rights.

“Women and Men” is one of the four books in the series “Books of Tomorrow”. The series tells about politics and sociology the youngest readers - primary school students. For the first time, the series was released in 1977-1978 in Barcelona. Recently, it was redistributed with new illustrations in Spain and received the highest Bologna Book Fair Prize for the best non -compaction project for children
