“I lived and therefore immortal” - this unusual formula for the meaning of being brought in one of his poems the famous poet George Zaitsev, emphasizing that immortality is nothing more than a person’s life: his thoughts, feelings, aspirations, suffering and joy, love and separation , children and grandchildren, meetings and partings ... It is these words, these concepts form the nerve of the new, twelfth of the book of the Laureate of the Prizes of the magazines Spark and Young Guard.
George Zaitsev is a regular author of the magazines Yunost, Moscow, our contemporary, “Spark”, “Young Guard”, “Soviet Warrior”, “Literary Newspaper” and “Literary Russia”, Almanacs “Day Poetry ”and“ Poetry ”, a participant in several poetic anthologies.

A special place in the book is occupied by a love lyrics - poems written both in young years and in adulthood. And another landscape - as a way of expressing the poet’s love for Russia and the native village in the Tambov region, to his fellow countrymen.
