Sergey Biryukov (b. 1950, the village of Torbeevka of the Tambov Region) - poet, performer, literary critic, teacher, researcher of Russian and foreign avant -garde, candidate of philological sciences, doctor of cultural studies, founder and president of the International Academy of Zaumi, participant in many literary festivals.
