Vladimir Nogovitsyn was born on October 26, 1962 in the Russian North. In his biography there was a lot of eventful, among which part of the childhood conducted in the Belgorod region, service in the border troops, studying at Leningrad State University, many years of work in the media of the native Arkhangelsk region. In 1997, he was admitted to the Union of Writers of Russia. Now Vladimir Nogovitsyn is the author of more than two dozen prosaic and poetic books, published both in the Arkhangelsk region and in Moscow. The literary works of Vladimir Nogovitsyn were printed abroad. They were translated into Latvian, Polish, Azerbaijani, Swedish, French.
The next northerner collection consists mainly of lyrical works. The famous Bulgarian painter and schedule illustrated his famous Bulgarian, Ivan Haji Dimitrov.
