Vadim Pugach was born in 1963 in Leningrad. By profession is a literature teacher. In 2005 he defended his thesis on pedagogy. Now works at St. Petersburg State University. He was engaged in the literary associations of V. A. Leikin and N. M. Slepakova. Since 1996-a member of the Union of Writers of St. Petersburg, in 2008 he was also admitted to the Union of Russian Writers. “Topol of the engineer of the Shpra” is the ninth book of the author. Prior to this, books of poems (“The Shags of the Commander”, 1995, “Flight apparatus”, 1999, “Signs”, 2008, “Anthropic Principle”, 2012), parodies (“On a friendly leg”, 2014), methodological, literary and critical and critical articles (“Russian poetry in literature lessons”, 2003, “On the fields of the school curriculum”, 2012, “The plot of letters”, 2017) Poems and articles were published in magazines, almanacs, anthologies in Russia and abroad (in England, Germany, USA, France, Estonia)
