For many centuries, Tibet Manil travelers, scientists and seekers of truth. But not everyone was available to the highest country in the world. Modern civilization makes it possible to make any incredible travels, and still Tibet remains a myth, myth and something unattainable. Tales are a great opportunity to find out the culture of another people and join Tibetan wisdom. On Tibet, they say that if the book does not teach anything, it is written in vain.
Readers of Tibetan fairy tales will meet with amazing characters. These are seven sorcerers, who never wanted to share their secrets, the wisest teacher who comprehended all the secrets of the world and some other mysterious, sitting at the top of a man’s tree. And the young man Dondubu will have to make a dangerous journey in order to save his unlucky brother and the prosperity of all people.
Irina and Olga Eratakhanov, artists from Buryatia, represented the early model of the book and illustrations at the Bologna children"s book fair in 2013. The illustrations caused a positive response of publishers and colleagues in the workshop, which inspired the work on the book.
