Yuri Olesha wrote “Three Fat Men” in 1924. For almost a hundred years now, boys and girls empathize with Prospero"s gunsmith, worry about brave suckeys and believe in the Tibula gymnast. This story is not so much about the revolution as about desperate, brave people who boldly transform the world.
