Here is the "Fairy Tale of the Dead Princess and about the Seven heroes" Alexander Pushkin, the illustrations for which the wonderful Russian artist, an organ-related schedule Boris Zvorykin (1872-1942) On interest in Russian history, legends and folklore, decorative and applied art, icon painting, wooden architecture, ancient calligraphy, ornamentation and book miniature, the artist’s work was based. After the October Revolution, Zvorykin left for Paris, where for the publishing house N. Piazza illustrated many books, including masterpieces such as Boris Godunov, "Tales of Pushkin", "Poems" of Alfred de Musset. In the late 1930s, Boris Zvorykin translated Russian fairy tales "Snegurochka", Vasilisa Beautiful, "Marya Morevna" and "Firebird" and accompanied them with his illustrations. Boris Zvorykin died in early 1942 in Paris occupied by the Germans.
