For many generations, acquaintance with Russian literature began with the tales of Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin. "The Tale of King Saltan ...", written in 1831, is rightfully considered the crown of the poet"s work. This is a beloved and familiar story about the marriage of King Saltan, about the envious sisters of the princess and the greedy Baba Babarich, about the valiant Prince Guidon and his beautiful bride Swans.
The book is illustrated by the artist Yana Sedova.
About the illustrator:
Yana Sedova - artist, illustrator, laureate of international (international competition in Korea "CJ Picture Book Festival", 2010) and domestic competitions (All -Russian competition "image of the book", 2012), collaborates with many publishers, including Abroad (publishing house "Minedition") Graduate of the Moscow Art Theater named after S. G. Stroganova. Since 2011, he has been a member of the Moscow Union of Artists.
