The fabulous story "The Secret of an abandoned castle" is the last book of the famous writer Alexander Volkov from the cycle about the magical country.
In the design of the entire series, authentic illustrations of Viktor Bakhtin were used. Today in the book market this is the only full series of Alexander Volkov’s books with illustrations of an outstanding artist. Victor Bakhtin was awarded the highest awards and was recognized as one of the best animalists. He was a regular participant in international exhibitions. I illustrated more than 70 books. His works are in private collections in Europe, the USA and Russia, and also decorate the Swedish Royal Palace, the imperial palace in Japan
