The missing letter

Sasha and Alyosha are their native brothers, and not just siblings, but twins. Each of them is exactly seven years, eight months and nine days, and they are very similar to each other. All summer, wearing the school uniform, the twins admired their reflection in the mirror and thought that soon, very soon they would begin a new life. But they did not know at all what adventures await them. It all started immediately after the first of September, when Sasha and Alyosha went to school for the first time. Now they had to rise early in the morning, collect portfolios and make lessons. And if they still somehow coped with the first two tasks, then homework was a real misfortune. Of course, try OSHDI here, when these persistent Krulychka sticks do not want to fold in the letters! It would be better if these letters were not at all!
But, as you know, desires are used to come true ... And Sasha and Alyosha suddenly find themselves in a magic letter, where the brothers go in search of a missing letter with new friends, while the worst enemies of the city - letter -ears - threaten to swallow the entire alphabet.
