The current publication included the main collection of the lyrical works of the great Russian poet, the Nobel Prize laureate Boris Leonidovich Pasternak: nine poetic books, including poems from the novel “Dr. Zhivago”, as well as the autobiographical essay “People and Provisions”. No matter how difficult the poet’s path is from the “high tongue -tied” of early “frantic” verses to the “stunning simplicity” of late lyrics - for many generations of readers he was and remains loved and significant, like pure sound in the deafening noise of his era.
