Joel Chandler Harris is an American journalist and writer. He paid special attention in his work to Negro folklore. J. Harris came up with the image of a good -natured black, uncle Rimus, and on his face wrote witty tales about the tricks of the brother of the fox and the resourcefulness of the brother of Rabbit. These humorous stories were loved by readers not only in America, but also around the world.
