The fairy tale "Svinoper" is another novelty of the gift series of Andersen"s Tales.
How often it happens that we do not value truly beautiful and drive for outwardly spectacular and entertaining. So the princess from the fairy tale “Svinosp” rejected the stunning gifts that the Prince presented to her - a wonderful rose and a marvelous nightingale - exchanged them for a rattle and pots - trifles that the same prince, dressed as a pig. For which she paid at the end of the book.
In the illustrations of the artist Maria Ryazantseva, this wise fairy tale became truly magical, and funny pigs that appear on almost every page make her funny and very spiritual.
