Mikhail Mikhailovich Zoshchenko (1894-1958)-satirist writer, translator, screenwriter and playwright. The ironic observer, he described the realities of Soviet life so accurately and brightly that his stories and feuilletons inevitably aroused the friendly laughter of readers and hatred of officials and brought the author of frenzied glory. Written at the beginning of the 20th century, his works are popular today, because, according to the author, they “have not a drop of fiction in them. Everything here is the naked truth.
