Nikolai Ivanovich Scholkov-a naturalist writer and a good storyteller. More than sixty books about nature came from under his pen. Most of them are written for children.
The animal world N. Slovkov was interested in childhood: he loved to walk in parks and squares, listen to the voices of animals and birds, and kept a diary of observations. Later he signed up in a circle at the Zoological Museum, where V. Bianchi noticed him and appreciated it.

All of them are imbued with a reverent love for the world. And the language of a fairy tale, which is understandable to children, will convey a simple thought - nature needs to be protected.
