I always felt the gift of the narrator in myself. I only wanted to tell me not with words, but by pictures. When I was a child, I tried to convey my thoughts with the help of crayons, and being a student - through textile ornaments. Now I have become an adult and telling stories in illustrations - my debut as an illustrator of children"s books took place in 2007.
Until now, I created illustrations for other people"s texts. But I always wanted to do something of my own. First, I drew pictures with sketches of characters, then composed the text - sketches of ideas and fragments of history. But all this was in the table. I waited for my hour to come, but once I realized that if I did not decide that my hour has come, then this would never happen!
One fine day, the drawer of the desk is overflowing. There was December in the yard, and I just once again made my children haircuts, like the men in a playmobile. It was then that it was discovered that the box in the desk was no longer closing. Something peeked out of him. It was a story about Sasha. For two weeks I took a timeout from all other things. I have accumulated mountains of unexpected linen, dust flew around the apartment, children ate pasta with sausages. But in my life there is only a place for us and Sasha. I drew how obsessed. As a result, my first picture book was born. Now Sasha was ready for everything! Yes, and I have matured in order to tell stories about her life in words and pictures.
