Herman’s high school student sent parents to the Altai village for distant relatives for the summer. A dreamy and creative guy is engaged in graffiti, photographs, draws and watches with interest in nature, fantasizing about new architectural forms. In the village, he first sees his second cousin Nikolka, who many years ago fell into a terrible accident and after her as if he had remained in childhood. At first, Gerke is hard to communicate with him, but gradually the brothers come closer and become friends. Amazing things happen around them, unexpected meetings and coincidences happen. And German even manages to earn, painting bus stops. True, to the end, he cannot decide what his true calling is: maybe become the guardian of the island in the ocean or restorer of bird nests - there are also such rare professions in the world ...
But it is a trip to the Altai village that suddenly helps Herman to find himself, to understand his purpose
