William Wordsworth is the largest figure in English poetry, the head of the "Lake School", which also include such magnificent poets as S.T. Colridge and R. South. The first half of the 19th century received the name "of the Wordsworth" era in English literature, and the poem "Prelude, or the formation of the poet’s consciousness" (as amended by 1805), the central work in his work, gained fame as the best English "biography of the soul" of a romantic artist. The basis of this publication was the first Russian translation of "Prelude", made by Tatyana Stamova. The “Additions” section presents a wide panorama of the creative heritage of W. Wordsworth, as already outputs and first published, among the latter: "Odda of the foreboding of immortality" (G. Kruzhkov), "House in Grassmire" (M. Falikman), " Destroyed hut "(A. Lukyanov) and others. Poems are accompanied by illustrations from the intravital publications of the poet
