Vladimir Vladimirovich Mayakovsky (1893–1930) is one of the largest Soviet poets, whose innovative work was of great importance for the entire poetry of the twentieth century.
The formation of the poet’s worldview was especially influenced by the democratic atmosphere that reigned in the family, and the first Russian revolution. V. Mayakovsky decided to devote his work to the struggle with the then existing system.
The poet believed the main task - with the help of his poems to bring the future. The appointment of the poet is to bring light to people: the light of the stars and the light of the Sun ("Listen!", "Extraordinary incident ...")
Mayakovsky - speaker and lyricist. Its agitative and lyrical poems are faced with wide masses and personally to everyone. The poet needs a sincere conversation with the reader ("And could you?", "Violin and a little nervous")
The collection includes poems and poems written in different years of the poet’s life
